Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website (Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR) is:
Sven Cremer & Nils Wild, Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts (GbR)
c/o Stratocumulus GmbH, c/o Collective Incubator
Jülicher Str. 209 q-s, D-52070 Aachen, Germany
[email protected]

2. Data processed via the early-access form

When you submit the early-access form, we collect the data you enter — your name, email address, organization, and role — together with the consent you give via the form's checkbox. We process this data to respond to your request and to keep you informed as Reclio becomes available, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

3. Brevo as data processor

Form submissions are stored and processed on our behalf by Brevo, an email-marketing and CRM service, acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR pursuant to a data processing agreement. Brevo processes this data only on our instructions and only for the purposes described above.

4. Storage duration

We retain your data for as long as needed to respond to your request and keep you informed about Reclio, and in any case only until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time — contact us at [email protected] to exercise any of these rights.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — either the one in your own country or region, or the authority responsible for us: the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW).

7. Server log data

This website is delivered via Amazon CloudFront (Amazon Web Services) and Cloudflare, Inc., which operates as a proxy and DNS provider in front of it. For technical operation and security, both automatically process access data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of access, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating this website reliably and securely.

8. International data transfers

Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, and Brevo operate global infrastructure and may, as part of that infrastructure, process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, it is covered by appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR — such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses — as set out in each provider's data processing agreement.

9. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary functions are used, which do not require consent under § 25(2) TDDDG.

The only cookie we set is “reclio_locale”. It stores the language you choose via the language switch in the footer, so that the site opens in that language on your next visit. It expires after one year and you can delete it in your browser at any time.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
