Both sides want to work together. Yet many projects get lost on the way from first contact to result.

  • The wrong first contact Partners are found through chance or reputation – and far too rarely through matching expertise. The strongest team for a question often never hears of it.
  • No shared ground Companies decide in weeks; research plans over months and years. One side wants a prototype, the other a publication. Scope, rights and deliverables stay unsettled until the project is well under way.
  • No clear finish Once the work starts, nobody owns the path to its goal. Projects drift, or they end with findings neither side ever needed.
